Terms of Service

1. The service

YuDownloader is an online tool that automates the download of photo albums hosted on Yupoo. You provide the link to an album (and its password, if the seller shared one with you), and the service fetches the photos and delivers them to your browser as a ZIP file. ZIP files are generated on demand while you download them; we do not keep a copy afterwards.

YuDownloader is an independent service operated from Brazil. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Yupoo or to any seller who publishes content there.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• An account is personal. Do not share your login or let other people use it.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything done through your account.
• Give us a valid email address; it is how we contact you about your account and payments.

3. Content you download

The photos you download belong to the sellers or other rights holders who published them on Yupoo. YuDownloader does not own them, does not review them and does not grant you any right over them. By using the service you confirm that:

• you have the right, or the permission of the rights holder, to download and use the content;
• if an album is password-protected, the password was given to you by the seller for that purpose;
• you will comply with Yupoo's terms, with copyright law and with any other law that applies to how you use the files.

You are solely responsible for the content you download and for what you do with it, and you agree to hold YuDownloader harmless from any claim that results from your use of it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service to infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy or any other right of a third party;
• bypass or attempt to bypass access controls of Yupoo or of any other site without authorisation;
• send automated traffic to yudownloader.com, scrape it, or access it by any means other than the interface we provide;
• resell, sublicense or offer the service to third parties, or use it to build a competing product;
• interfere with the operation or security of the service or of the infrastructure it runs on.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without refund of amounts already paid.

5. Copyright notices

If you own rights over content that was downloaded through YuDownloader and believe it was downloaded without authorisation, email support@yudownloader.com with the album link, proof that you hold the rights and a description of the claim. We will review notices promptly, block further downloads of the content where technically possible, and suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

6. Free trial, plans and billing

• Free trial. New accounts can download a limited number of albums for free. Trial limits are shown in the app and may change.
• Subscription. The paid plan is billed monthly in advance. It renews automatically at the end of each billing period, at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel.
• Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. Taxes may be added depending on your country.
• Price changes. If we change the subscription price we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the new price applies to you.

7. Refunds

A refund of your first subscription payment is available only if both of these conditions are met:

• the request is sent within 7 days of that payment; and
• no download was completed successfully on the paid plan during those 7 days.

We keep a server-side record of every completed download and use it to check these conditions. Refund requests must be sent by email to support@yudownloader.com from the address linked to your account; we do not process refunds through any other channel. Outside these conditions payments are not refundable, including unused time after a cancellation. Cancelling a subscription does not by itself trigger a refund.

8. Availability and limits

We work to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee that it will be available at all times or that every album can be downloaded. Downloads depend on Yupoo and on the seller's settings, which we do not control, and the service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates or failures outside our control.

We run automated routines that monitor whether downloads complete successfully. Even so, if a download fails or the service is not working for you, email support@yudownloader.com with the album link and a description of the problem, and we will look into it. We may set limits on the number, size or frequency of downloads to keep the service stable, and we may change or discontinue features.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, YuDownloader is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, for loss of data or profits, or for any claim related to content downloaded through the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms removes rights that consumer protection law gives you and that cannot be waived.

10. Termination

You can close your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. Sections 3, 4, 9 and 11 survive termination.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of Brazil, except that consumers may bring claims in the courts of their place of residence where the law grants them that right.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. For material changes we will email registered users before the change takes effect.
